We stayed for 3 nights and had an exceptional experience! The staff was genuinely warm and welcoming, especially Indira, who helped us with everything. Our Deluxe Family Room was well-equipped and spacious with cozy beds. The balconies provided stunning views of Fewa Lake and the majestic Annapurna range. Plus, the breakfast was tasty and the terrace view was unmatched!
There was some noise from nearby nightlife.

The staff showed remarkable kindness throughout my stay. Indira made everything easier with her cheerful help. I loved the spacious room with nice views, especially from the balcony. However, noise from the nearby nightclubs made it tough to sleep. The shower had flood issues, and some cleanliness aspects, like the bathroom curtains, needed attention. The breakfast had a decent selection, but the room was too small for the number of guests trying to eat at the same time.

Room options lack soundproofing!!! Be wary of sightseeing pricing if you book with the hotel!!! No clear communication about TV and WiFi usage, which could really use improvement!!!

The staff were truly amazing, helping us quickly when our hairdryer didn't work and providing great tips for local attractions. I loved unwinding on the sun terrace and using the BBQ facilities, which made for some fun evenings. The only downside was that the room could’ve been a bit bigger, but it didn't ruin our stay at all. 😊
